  Visits include home, assisting living facilities, nursing facilities and adult day care centers.
  
  We provide psychotherapy services to the elderly, chronically ill/disabled, and terminally ill clients.
  
  Our therapists have specific training in aging, chronic illnesses, grief issues, depression, anxiety, family counseling, adjustment disorders, and end-of-life issues.
• We frequently offer caregiver workshops/seminars.
  
  *Accept Medicare assignment, and Medigap insurance.

Support groups for:

• Caregivers
  Monthly meetings at various facilities.
• Residents in assisted living facilities having a difficult time adjusting to their new
  home environment.
  Weekly meetings at various facilities.
